I have very bad carpal tunnel and I try to manage it to avoid surgery. I saw Paula for acupuncture treatments on my wrists and she provided me with instant and long term relief. Paula is amazing! I was suffering from inflammation in my wrist from repetitive use on my computer. After weeks of pain Paula was able to drastically decrease the pain in 1 treatment. After multiple treatments I am back to normal.

Coming from a individual who is terrified of any type of needles.. Paula was AMAZINGGG!! She talked me through everything and reassured me every step of the way. I was recommended to see Paula from a friend as I was dealing with post concussion issues including nerve damage to the left side of my body limiting my lower body functionality. I went in and after a few treatments Paula was able to help get my body caught up to speed again while also giving me some tips to help ensure my body to stays up to speed as well. Now my lower body is working up to speed and I no longer notice any nerve issues throughout my body as well.

I am new to acupuncture and was a little hesitant to do it (trusting a stranger to put needles into your body can be a little unnerving), however, I've been having such long-term chronic pain I was willing to try anything. My visits to the doctor gave minimal results with a large amount of medications and massage, while effective, gave me only short term results, and it wasn't an economical choice for me long term.
Terri was very thorough, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond what I expected from the consultation. She broke down my chronic pain into a way I better understood and explained that many symptoms could be from greater issues in my body that I wasn't addressing. All in all, it made a lot of sense to me and gave me a better understanding of what my body was going through and ways to better my overall quality of life.
I'm very happy to say that 48 hours after my initial visit, I've noticed a big difference in my pain. What used to be a constant throbbing, has minimized into a dull ache, which was far more relief then I had anticipated - and this is all after 1 initial visit! I've already re-booked and plan to continue treatment. If you're interested in acupuncture I highly recommend Terri, I had a wonderful first experience!

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars for Terri! I suffer from Sciatica and doing stupid stuff to mess up my back/neck. Terri gets me going again! Very patient, caring and understanding! Needles freak me out, but the way Terri does her magic, it doesn't bother me at all. If you want to start feeling better and have a fantastic experience, go see Terri! You WON'T regret it!

Terri is so caring and has a keen sense of the mind-body connection. I went in with a sore arm and left without pain. I actually googled and found Terri because I was looking for a place that simply does acupuncture well, how ironic was it that I found Simplicity Acupuncture. I Booked an appointment, oh man I was so beyond happy I did. Terri listens to you and tells you why you feel the way you do and actually talks to you about what’s going on in your body. I would say she makes sense of my crazy, when others never could, they just poked and sent me on my way. Terri is an amazing practitioner who is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable!
She has treated me numerous times for various things including back pain, headaches, anxiety, fatigue, etc; all of which she has either resolved or greatly improved.
She is very thorough in her assessments goes above and beyond to find the right treatment for her patients.
My 6 yr old son also sees Terri for his autoimmune disorder and anxiety. He loves going for treatments with Terri and she puts him at ease. She has taught him to have more awareness of his body and he now asks to go see her when he needs a treatment! We have seen huge amounts of progress with his complicated health after treatments with Terri.
Simplicity Acupuncture has easy booking online and text reminders which I love! Terri's treatments have changed my health and I can't say enough good about her!
